Good Karma Gym
It’s about being healthy and feeling good while doing it!
Good Karma Gym is located in the back room of the Medical Building and is free to Spuzzum First Nation Members – 18 Years and Older.
Members must come into the office to sign:
- Waiver – Release of Liability
- Confidentiality Agreement – Release of access code to enter building
Good Karma Gym is currently sharing its space with the Spuzzum Medical Building therefore in use during the week and some Saturdays.
Good Karma Gym is available:
- Evenings – 4:00 to 9:00
- Sunday – Open all day
